DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Pre training/race: Take one heaped scoop (30g) in 300ml of cold water 20 minutes before training or race.
Pre weight training: Can also be used before weight training with a scoop of whey protein.
During training or race: Take 30g in 400ml of cold water.
